I didn't know these Apps existed. Just downloaded one called iLightning Cam2 - Lightning Strike Photography. Cost $2.99. Now just need a storm to come along. :o

The one I use is on android called Lightning Camera. It records 3 seconds before you hit the shutter button. So all you have to do is see the lightning, and take a photo within 3 seconds of the flash. Then you get 38 photos to choose from. It's great for this time of year in the goldfields. We're getting thunderstorms rolling through once or twice a week at the moment |
