Thanks for all of that.  Still waiting to hear back on confirmation that it's definitely on.

Was going to cook Irish Soda Bread to go with it followed by the Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding I cooked at the COG.

Hey did anyone get a photo of it.  It looked quite good with the molten hole in it all bubbling up chocolate.

Made the Guiness Beef Stew from the web site you mentioned. Went down well with "smiley". Was running out of time so had to let the apprentice do the spuds & custard in her kitchen.

Been eyeing the Guinness and prunes recipe off for a while now.......finally got around to it a few nights ago. MMMMMMMMMMMMM Smiley good tucker.
Will be making a double batch next time so that I can freeze some.
