Zucchini Slice

375gms grated zucchini
200 grams of grated carrot for colour
3 bacon rashers finely diced, no rind
1 cup SR flour
5 eggs
1 large onion diced
1 cup grated cheese
˝ cup canola oil
S & P to taste
Curry powder to taste

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased shallow tin (25 - 50 mm deep)
Place on trivet in a moderate CO for about 30 – 40 minutes.

Cut into bite-sized fingers or squares
Great as an appetiser.

This will be one of the dishes I serve at Broke.

You folks speak a funny kind of English down there!   Wink   Grin   Can you tell me what a "rasher" is?

I've got the rest of it, but "rasher" has me puzzled!   Smiley
