Would love to know a final count for this weekend, who's coming & whats cooking.
I just recently bought a pop top off road caravan and this will be the first outing and I'm looking forward to seeing a few old faces and a few new ones. Grin
Astro.

Beryl and I have the Friday and Monday off, by coincidence, and in view of the travelling time we have decided not to go to Broke. We would arrive midday Saturday and have to leave midday Sunday.
Instead we will join a CMCA Chapter weekend 19-21 at Burgess Park  Beaudesert with PARADISE WANDERERS GOLD COAST  who are holding a camp oven weekend with a Damper making competition on Saturday.
"campfire so bring marshmallows, port and gear to make damper for comp for Sat a/noon tea" - sounds fun.
Any folks who say "bring Port" are got to be good. I dont need the reminder.
Burgess Park can be found on Page 76 of CAMPS 5.

I have that weekend off from midday Friday to Monday night..........
By coincidence, I only found out today from my Boss.
Will see what The Minister for Finance is doing around those dates.

SBB, don't forget to bring some of your treasures (pots I'm talking) for showing and anything you have to sell or swap.
Looking forward to seeing both of you there.

This does seem to have gone off the boil for some reason.
Or maybe I missed something, as usual.
It is nearly 12 months since the last COCIA National COG at Thora.
When/where is the next National COG?
I thought there was some talk at Thora of going to Parkes in 2010?

I am hoping you mean "the" weekend and not this weekend Astro ??? Just to run the dates past you again 20/21......

When you say you're bringing a few treasures bring them Hardings, I might make an offer you can't refuse lol.

Just to confirm numbers for us this weekend.

Me & Trace, Jacob, Alexander & Olivia
Ian & Judy
Roel & Chris
We will be arriving on Friday around lunchtime so we will be expecting lunch Rob & Muzz Grin Grin Grin
We plan on staying Friday, Saturday & Sunday night & leaving Monday morn, it should be a great weekend looking forward to seeing a few new faces, not that there's anything wrong with the old ones Grin

Astro.

P.S. If there is anyone looking for anything in particular in the cast iron department let me know I might be able to help out. I will be bringing a few treasures along for the ride, it should be good.

G'day BeeJay. You and your mates will be more than welcome, that's what it's all about, meeting some like minded people, a few beers around a fire while dinner cooks, what could be better.
