Well I never!!!..

Saw this on another site and thought it looked interesting...Any thoughts???

Take six oranges.

Cut a lid off the top and scrape out all of the orange into a bowl.  Don't throw out....

Take a homebrand chocolate cake mix and follow the instructions.  Use the retained orange as the milk.  Mix together.

Fill the oranges to 3/4 and the put their lids back on.

Wrap in foil and cook in the fire. ENJOY!!!   Wink

Must try this at our Easter getaway..

Grrr!!! Smiley

Thanks for the reminder CD
I did those a couple of years ago in the backyard.
The first batch I overfilled..
They were trying to bust out of their seams.
Short time later the next batch was fine.

and Yes you can taste the orange.
Great fun for kids to get involved around the campfire and cooking.

How did they go, CD? They sound good.

My life is a performance for which I was never given the chance to rehearse.
