Break a pkt chicken 2 minute noodles into 3cm pieces & place in a heatproof bowl. Add flavour sachet from soup & cover with boiling water - set aside for 2mins & then drain.
Prepare quiche dish by spraying with oil.
Add drained noodles to the quiche dish & cover evenly with sliced smoked salmon. Beat 4 eggs & 2 tbspns cream together lightly & pour evenly over smoked salmon & noodles in the dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheese & decorate with a sprinkle of paprika. Bake in mod camp oven approx 20mins or until centre of frittata is set.
Cut into wedges to serve. Serve with hot buttered toast or with a green salad.
