2 Ripe Avocados
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Tabasco to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Peel and seed avocados and mash up the flesh well adding in the other ingredients at whim and stir/mix well.
Serve with rice crackers, corn chips or nachos.....

Shocked

My mother-in-law fell down a wishing well, I was amazed.       I never knew they worked.

Sensational sideburns right there.

Avocado's-(can't give them away at present) so I'll whip up a batch. Thanks Oz, it seems to be well scoffed so that'll do me

I bought a couple of avocado's @ $1 each at the market last Friday, but Cindy used them in our salad that night Roll Eyes

had to buy a couple more next day at woolies @ $2.65 each  Sad

one lady who didn't like avocados had a taste and was pleasantly suprised.

the side-burns and the shaved head made for an interesting contour  Smiley Smiley
