im good with a welder and grinder and have most materils. just wondering what i can make e.g lid lifters to make it easier and possibly save money

Trivets - to put your moist camp oven lid on instead of the ground, also to put your hot items on so you don't burn grass or other surfaces.

As some else has already pointed out, Poddy is the resident camp oven gadget manufacturer. There are a few photos spread around the forum of things hes made. Just not sure where they are.
