Hi All
Just  playing with my co again cooking beef stew the recipe I am using is from dutch oven cooking and some from Dereks camp oven stew fingers crossed it will taste as good as it smells which is wonderful I will take photo before I devour it.

Smiley  Well Done on getting a photo before it was all eaten!

There is nothing better on this earth than a tough cut slowly stewed in a camp oven, imho  - although a roast would come an extremely close second.   Smiley
