Believe it or not, in Sweden October 4th is kanelbullensdag

Ingredients for 15 to 20 Bullar
The dough:
Approximately 50g fresh yeast
50g butter or margarine
3 dl milk
0.5 dl of sugar
8 cup white flour
a pinch of salt
little kardemomme

The filling:
50g butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
˝ cup sugar

Melt the butter in a saucepan until it is completely melted, then add the milk and heat it lukewarm
Pour little of the melted butter over the crumbled yeast and mix until smooth.
Add the rest of the butter, sugar, salt and flour almost all there. Mix the dough thoroughly by hand
Let it rise for about 25 minutes.
Make the filling by mixing the butter, sugar and cinnamon until smooth and set it aside.

Roll the dough into a a piece of about 30x40 inches. smear filling over the dough and roll it as a whole along the length. Cut pieces of 1 inch and arrange in the DO. Brush egg over the top, and bake
