Another notch in jumbucks belt.

Would have nailed it if I didn't cross the River to the pub during the 2nd rising  Cheesy

A few hours later I reckon it tripled in height. It collapsed like a balloon when I touched it  Shocked

Still made a delicious bread spread with Vegemite and jam. Enjoyed by all.

This would be the easiest cook up in the jumbuck so far.

Marinated pork ribs were on special, so gave them a go tonight.

Easy peasy, and delish

They tasted even better Jack  Smiley

Even Cindy ate one and she normally can't stand pork. Will eat bacon and ham, but dry reaches if I suggest some pork  Cheesy

Discarded about 1/3rd of the ribs because of the fat.

Will do again, but with leaner ribs.
