Quite a simple recipe I came across while searching the net that worked really well in the camp oven

being a 10 " oven I used a 180 cm x 6 cm cake pan to cook in
as this fitted inside the oven quite well on a short tivod

ingredients
2 table spoons of sugar
2 3/4 cups of self raising flour
1.   375 ml can of beer

first fire up the heat beads ( 20 ) in the chimney

mix the flour and sugar in a bowl

when the beads are ashed over mix the can of beer into the dry ingredients
spoon the bread batter into the cake pan
and into the cooker

I use 9 beads on the bottom and 11 on top as the bread cooks it gets close to the lid so burns on top if the lid is to warm

cooking to about 50 min the bread should sound hollow if you tap it - or run a skewer into it and check that its not sticky

once cooked remove and let it cool 5 or 10 min
