Pulled the van down to the house last night to start getting organised.  Plugged it in to the 240 power, turned the fridge on and checked everything was ok.

Half an hour later, no power.  Checked the lead and the power point fuse and all good. Unplugged and plugged back in and power for about a minute.

Bugger this is no good.

Started to check all connections in the van.  Jayco have the CMS plug and play for everything so easy done.

Nothing wrong. Turned power back on and away it went.  Thought I would try the safety switch.  Pushed the button and nothing happened but then the power went off again.

Faulty safety switch perhaps.  With the plug and play system was able to unplug the safety switch and bypass it.   Power working as good as gold.  Problem found.

Tried to remove it and I am sure caravan manufacturers put the internal walls on after they make things.  Had to cut a hole in the internal wall to get to the connections. Will cover it with contact  Grin Grin

Off to Jayco first thing in the morning for a new one. Listed at $90.95 on the website.  Bugger but can't operate without it.

Safety switch replaced and we have power again.  Some improvision to close up the hole I had to make  Grin
