Hi guys. Has anyone tried the lighthouse brand of flours? I am thinking about making some type of bread rolls but I'm not sure how to go about it. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance, Paul.

Its not burnt. Just really well done.

Hi Paul I use the lighthouse brand very good for pizzas as for the bread rolls you need have a look through the recipe section Saltbush Bill does the best bread rolls I know you might be lucky enough to find his no knead recipe if he has put it in their they turn out a little like my avatar  Cheesy

I love doing bread rolls. Here is some pics of my last lot I made two weeks ago. I use the cheapest brand of flour in the shop. I have used the dearer flours but honestly cant really tell the difference.  Smiley

About time those rolls made it on to the forum  Tongue

I don't bake much, but those rolls do look appetising  Smiley Smiley

Good to know there is no difference to the final product and elcheapo does the trick.

I have to admit they were a very photogenic bunch  Grin
I will be making these rolls again tomorrow to go with a meal I am cooking for a few German tourists. I will try and get some pics. Also doing corned beef, Lemon chicken, a vege mornay and a chocolate self saucing pudding and damper. So a feast. Smiley
