A very simple and easy breakfast/brunch.

One of the tortilla bowls was a bit wonky and wouldn't stand up  Cheesy

Simply layer slices of bacon in the tortilla, break in two eggs, sprinkle on some cheese and top with halves of cherry tomatoes.

In a camp oven or bbq for 40 minutes and you are done.

Howzatt!!!!!!!

There are two sizes.  I bought the small ones today to give them a go.
