Maggie and I are planning to attend the Bendigo Sheep and Wool Festival from 14 to 16 July 2017.

Anyone interested in a COG somewhere down that way around about then.  I was thinking somewhere along the Murray River.  I need to restock my supplies from the Rutherglen  Cheesy Cheesy

I'll do some research and find a camp.

We expect to head to Silverton after this so if people are interested we could have us a convoy Smiley

If anyone wants to join us this is roughly our plan.

Arrive in Bendigo on Thursday 13 July 2017.  We will be staying at the Central City Caravan Park in town for convenience.  http://www.centralcitycaravanpark.com.au/

Three days at the Wool Show and also visiting the Bendigo Woollen Mill and Bendigo Pottery leaving Bendigo on the Monday.

From there we basically have four weeks to get to Silverton.

Suggest heading up and stopping at The Police Paddocks Camp which is on the top of the Rutherglen on the River for a few nights and exploring the Rutherglen and visiting some of the wineries, olive growers and cheeses.

From there head off along the Murray towards Mildura basically planning stops as we go before hitting Mildura itself and then turn north and head towards Broken Hill and Silverton.

Bush camping along the way after Bendigo.

Like I said, happy for anyone to join us.  I am sure the ladies would enjoy the Sheep and Wool Festival.
