Tried this bread , no prove , recipe

worked well
was not sure about putting it in the fridge to overnight to rise , so I put half in the fridge , the other half on the bench over night

both worked well , the fridge batch was the best with a finer texture

Its really not necessary to put them in the fridge or to leave them over night, some No Knead recipes take about 2 hours and they are done.
