These challenges are really living up to their name, that's about 4 months running there's been a theme for something I've always put into the too hard basket. Really enjoying the learning curve this forum has put me on. I used to think party food was Cheezels and party pies! Grin Now to go researching how to make a pie...I know what I like, lets see if I can replicate it!

I have just started to think about what I might cook. I had better get the finger out as we have visitors arriving Saturday and staying for a few days.

We have visitors, so I made a big beef cheek stew so I new I would have some for my pie. I took some out and put aside and later put it back in the camp oven and cooked it on so it was nice and thick for the filling.
I was one of the best tasting pies I have made. Smiley

Looks good jclures. Will have to have a dig through the freezer and see what I can find to turn into a pie. Haven't had much time to put any thought into this one so think it's going to be a random creation
