I am looking for the blue can of seasoning that Roothy uses very often in his cooking. Just looking for some basics stuff to put in the food box.

Regards Peter

I work as a Manager in the old sheltered workshop and pack this product into the tins. You can get in 125g,250g and 1kg.

It comes in from Croatia in 25kg bags in a shipping container, it took about 4hrs with about 8 people  to unloaded  this container with manual labour, it was packed as single bags not on pallets so they could get more in the container.

It containers a lot of salt, you can sprinkle it on the potatoes in the camp oven and they taste great it is also good in soup and stews use very little too much and it becomes salty.

Also you can buy Massel which is similar to Vegeta. There is also a Vegeta Chicken flavour.

Coles and Woolworths have both of these.

Half a teaspoon has only 345mg of sodium. That's about what I would add to a 4 serve stew.

You do need to be carefull that you don't add too much.

I have unloaded a few containers of bagged sugar in one of my trucking jobs. Can be hard work.
