As the title says three ingredients:

250 gram pack dessicated coconut
Tin sweetened condensed milk
Strawberry jam

...

Mix coconut and milk well. Roll into balls, push you thumb into them to make a dimple and fill it with jam

...

Place on a tray or direct on the base of a camp oven and cook until toasty brown

...

Tea is served

3 of my favourite things there. Would be naughty if I ate them  Undecided

Maybe I could make them for the grandkids and then sneak one  Smiley

If you rolled the condensed milk and coconut in cocoa and put them in the fridge, that would be my favourite childhood sweet. Spuds we called them.

Never thought of baking them.
