For this recipe we will need:

Plain pancakes:
300 gr of flour
500 ml of milk
2 eggs
Salt & Pepper
For the meaty filling we will need:
400 gr of beef mince ( you can use chicken or pork aswell)
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic.
Salt & Pepper

To make these Russian pancakes with meat you will need to do the following:
Step 1 : Mix flour, milk, eggs, salt & pepper together
Step 2 : Fry pancakes lightly one by one and place them on a plate to cool down
Step 3: Make the meat filling. Cut onion and garlic into small pieces and fry in the pan with some butter. Add meat and spices, mix well.
Step 4 : Spoon the mixture ( about 2 tbs ) into each pancake, and fold together from both sides.
Step 5 : Fry them until golden brown on a frying pan to serve or store them in a freezer for the future.

Could also fill the pancakes/blinis with chopped friut, I have done meat ones and banana and peanut butter with plain yoghurt.

Serve with sour cream
