1.. A good bunch of wild garlic/ramsons
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grated parmesan cheese

Chop the wild garlic/ramson leave and storks, blitz in blender, drizzle in olive oil to the required thickness, add salt and pepper and parmesan cheese, give one last blitz, stir into your cooked pasta, sprinkle with a bit more parmesan cheese

2.. Large bunch wild garlic/ramsons
Medium bunch fresh mint
Large bunch fresh basil
Grated parmesan grated
Olive oil
Juice 1 lemon

Same as 1, but adding mint and basil and leaving out salt and pepper.
