Three of my favourite foods in this one are potatoes, chicken and chorizo sausage.

The recipe is inspired by the lovely domestic goddess Nigella Lawson.  Maggie tells me she is my second love Smiley

Cooked this in the large Weber Frying Pan.

Ingredients
Chicken Pieces (I used two marylands and cut them in half)
Spanish Chorizo Sausage (I used Hans Brand)
Chat Potatoes
Red Onion
Grated Zest Of One Orange
Oregano
Cup White Wine

Method
Place cut chicken, halved potatoes and large slices of chorizo in the pan as in my photos or a 12 inch camp oven.  Dice onion in chunks and sprinkle over the top. Grate over the zest of the orange then sprinkle with oregano then pour over the wine.

Cook at 200 degrees for half an hour then spoon everything over some juices.  Cook for a further half hour or until the chicken is cooked through.

I served it with broccolini.
