The food looks delicious Derek as well the view.  "Can't wait to get a trailer".... as in a trailer to tow a runabout vehicle with the motorhome?

Something along the lines of this one Di.  Not a lot of room for the big stuff in the Motorhome. I don't like being crowded.

Need to carry extra water, extra gas, camp cooking gear, tables and chairs etc.

No it wont be red  Smiley

I tow an enclosed trailer with my motorhome, have to be careful not to take all that stuff that "could be handy". We are "free campers" and camp oven cook where we can so I also carry several ovens, plough discs to sit them on, firewood, a big Esky for fruit and veg and all the other bits and pieces that campers need, as I said you have to be tough and leave at home all that stuff you don't really need.

Rob.

When I die I hope my missus doesn't sell my camp ovens  for what I told her I paid for them. pd

Currently at Bendigo for the Annual Sheep and Will Show.

Camped in the same spot as last year.  See photos.

From here we are heading south to Gisborne to visit family and due to the amount of mud we saw around the Murray from there we are heading west through Victoria to camp for a week or so before heading north.

Our third and last day at the Australian Sheep & Wool Show today. Here are a couple of happy snaps amongst the stud merino rams.

i don't think the bloke I was squatting beside liked the fact that my scarf was made from alpaca. He wouldn't look at me.

After a few days in the burbs visiting Maggie's sister we are finally bush camping again.

Currently at Walkers Lake at Avon Plains in Victoria.

Nice camp on the foreshore of the lake with facilities only consisting of a drop dunny and its free.  The lake has yabbies, cod, yellowbelly and Redfin in it.

Cooked up some pies with leftover chicken vindaloo from last night for lunch.

Nice sunny day and good to be in the bush again.
