Didn’t have anything organised for dinner tonight so went scrounging in the bottom of the freezer.

Found a part pack of pizza cheese, some prawns and scallops and half a Spanish chorizo.

Pizza time!!!!!!!!

The base is the old self raising flour and Greek yoghurt which was one cup of flour then add spoons of yoghurt until you get a nice dough.

Tip it out on a floured bench and knead it then push it into size.  I used a pie dish as I wanted a nice deep dish pizza.

Spread the base with sweet chilli sauce then layer on the chopped seafood, chorizo and cheese.

Baked in the Weber or a camp oven until the crust is browned and crispy.

Don’t get much better than that.

Pizza looks very good indeed.
