That's where having chooks is handy. At least food wasteage saves me money on chook feed. And whatever the chooks don't eat, the galahs and crows come through and clean up the rest

Don’t eat them in fact I buy very little meat with bones these days Tongue

One of my favourites is lamb roast and my last three lamb roasts have been two butterflied legs and a boned shoulder and I am sold on them.  No wastage and easy to carve Grin
