Picked up a packet of 6 sheets of Pampas Puff Pastry at Woolies yesterday so who knows what I might turn out if I can get enthused.  Smiley

Thank goodness for that.  I know it is not that difficult to make puff pastry but space in the motorhome is a bit limited for such a task  Smiley

I must admit Brian a homemade well done shortcrust pastry takes a lot of beating.

Have never really mastered it myself.

I've made some really good puff pastry at home, but it really needs some effort put in. Might have to make some for this challenge.

Got both my entries in thanks to a quiet week off work this week. Had a go at puff pastry, but I've done better in the past. Not sure what went wrong, but it didn't really "puff". So I went store bought for the second round
