That's it, mine is up.
Last minute again, as we are off to Tassie in the morning.
Staying in hotels so no camp oven cooking while we are away for almost 4 weeks.
Must say these challenges have got me going again.

Had fun with the camp ovens today and if I can get enthused tomorrow will try and cook another one for this challenge.

Someone to love, something to do, and something to look forward to.

I did it.  Nice soup for lunch.  It has been fun.

I've started doing a German stew my wife found online. Maybe I'll try and do a goulash before the month is over. The recipe I was looking at did look good after all

This challenge has been fantastic for us.  I have always been interested in the flavours of German cuisine and this has certainly provided some very tasty meals.

Just noticed I cooked the same thing as Maggie. Although I had to substitute a few ingredients like the wine because a bottle of red isn't cheap in Leinster. Just used what we had available in the end. I did hope to bake a German bread to have with it but rye flour isn't available out here so I bought a cobb loaf instead and saved myself some kneading
