not much happens in this section by the looks of it , no posts for almost 4 years but that might change soon as i delve into the depths of the web for more recipes that i can adapt .
i can eat anything, but my wife is a coeliac very sensitive to even  tiny bit of gluten she also cant have any dairy at all and just of late no onion either . makes for very challenging cooking for me . the onion thing only started a few weeks ago and knocked a lot of my curry recipes on the head .also changes a lot of the slow cooker recipes too .
course some times its good cos it means i dont have to share  Smiley

Johno

Your wife shares something in common with Dave’s (Smokeydk) wife Rosie.  She also is a coeliac and that makes it very difficult for her at our camp oven gatherings.

Between you, you may be able to share ideas.

i made a gluten free dairy free cheese cake once that was a challenge and required some research .
in my curries i have been using coconut yogurt , and i have the best stocked spice cupboard for 100 klm in any direction i rekon . when we go to the races ( not very often but we do cos we have shares in a horse ) the mrs has to take something with her to eat because race tracks are hopeless .
