Was looking through some YouTube videos last night and came across one explaining how to debone a chicken in less than a minute.  Well guess what, it works  Shocked Shocked

Got a fresh chook from Aldi and in accordance with what I saw had it deboned in about a minute.  The only bone left in it is the end of the drum stick knuckle.  This stops the stuffing coming out as the drum stick also has stuffing in it.

I cooked up some mushrooms, diced onion and garlic in a pan then added some spinach until it wilted for the stuffing.  To this I added a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.

Tying it up was as simple as I saw it on the video.

Into a camp oven, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cooked for an hour and a quarter.

Served up with steamed veggies and gravy.

I could put a link up to a video but there are just so many so if you are interested just do a search on YouTube.

Now I have a carcass and some chicken bits in the freezer to make some soup or stock later on

I'll follow up on this, I've just done chicken soup with a whole chicken and the de-boning when it is cooked is a real pain.

When I die I hope my missus doesn't sell my camp ovens  for what I told her I paid for them. pd

Had leftovers cold last night with salad.  Still very impressed as it is a very moist flesh cooked this way.
