Who amongst us eats truffles.  Must admit I have never tried them before however Aldi has Italian Burgundy Truffles as a special buy next week.

A 25 gram jar will cost you $6.99.  That works out at $27.96 per 100 grams or a whopping $279.60 a kilogram.   Shocked Shocked Shocked

Might just give them a try.  Not even sure what cooking to use them in.   Grin Grin Grin Grin

According to the label I have to eat them (two in the jar) within three days of opening.

I wonder if there are any Spanish dishes with truffle  Cheesy
