Bugger, I was going to say that Aart.   Grin

Actually, I am going to make no knead bread according to the book Simply No Knead and this is what they recommend.

I have already started.  Have made enough for two smaller loaves, have done the first rise and now the dough is rising in the little cake/loaf tins I have at home.

Going to cook one loaf in the oven in the kitchen and one in the Weber Q.  They are different sized tins.

Am taking photos of the process as I go and will post up later or you might never hear about it again.  Grin

9.5 kilos of flour in the bread. I would have made 152 rolls but I ran out of camp ovens so I made the last 16 rolls into two loaves of bread. Smiley

I don't knead mine either Derek. I don't have time to knead that many loaves when I am cooking. Too many other things to do. I just knock them down and throw them back in to rise. They come out perfect every time. I also just use coles flour as its the cheapest so I pretty much break all the rules  Smiley
