Got my first entry up. Was a very easy dish, don't think I'll have time for a second entry. Used a recipe I found here: www.ruscuisine.com
Heaps of recipes on there if anyone needs some inspiration

Don't forget it's the last day of the month today. I probably won't put the new challenge up till tomorrow at some stage so there'll be an extra 12 hours or so for any last minute entries Smiley

I found this recipe yesterday, I went looking for something easy and quick.

Bonnie has had me busy since we came back from Canada, Shocked plus I am back working on the camper doing a couple of modification. Smiley

I really must apologise for not getting an entry done after I chose the topic.

After seeing Jennifer of “The Two Fat Ladies” fame cook one I have always wanted t o cook a Russian Kurnick in the camp oven.

It is a type of dome pie with a hole at the top of the dome that you pour stock into after the pie is cooked.  This is the recip I was going to use - https://www.melangery.com/2016/02/russian-monday-kurnik-chicken-pie-with.html

I really have no excuse other than it just didn’t happen.

I will still make it at some stage

Wow, sounds interesting. Look forward to seeing the results. May have to look up a recipe myself one day and give it a go.
