Have gone with chilli for this challenge. Not sure if it's been done in the past, but I haven't seen it since I've been a member so figured I'd give it a run. I did have another country cuisine I was going to run with, but decided I might save that for another time

Same here John.  Not something I have used much in cooking at all but will occasionally have a dish with chilli in it when out.

I do have some ideas so will see how they pan out.

Pouring down rain here.

I am off fishing for a few days so I will think about it after I get home. It might end up being a fish dish. Smiley
No rain up here so far.

Good choice.
Now that I am back home, have a very simple recipe I'd like to do again.

When this topic first came up the thing that immeditely came to mind was ‘chilli & chocolate’ so I went searching for recipes and camp up with the cake I just put up.

Aart & Hetty were coming over today for lunch so decided to do it as a dessert.

Got to say, I surprised myself as it was absolutely delicious.

Managed a second dish this month.

Bought the two ramekin dishes a while back at 60% off knowing they would fit in the 12 inch camp oven.

I will be a tad more careful with the cayenne pepper next time.  That was one very darned hot chilli  Grin
