Let’s see if this re-ignites the outdoor cooking.

Called in for the first time to have a look at the 4wd Supercentre.

Bought an awning for the xtrail and seen the gasmate bb

Business must be going OK  Smiley

I think those Gasmate BBQ’s have been around for quite a while.

Talking about reigniting outdoor cooking, even though I do most of our cooking outside now, Rory has got me very keen to have a play with a barrel smoker after tasting some really great ribs at his place a few weeks ago.

Someone not far from home is currently selling stock feed quality 44 gal drums so may pay them a visit when I get home from this trip.

I bought the Voyager for $99.

Instructions said 20 mins to assemble Cheesy Lucky I was in a relaxed mood last night. One hour and a bit later  Grin

It’s light and compact with the legs folded up. My jumbuck is great at home, but a little bulky to take away. I will be able to cook pancakes and fried eggs now without falling through the grate  Smiley

Just found another video with a better explanation of it.

Certainly a neat BBQ for the price.

The bloke from snowys certainly knows his product. Very informative. Thanks Derek.

I fired her up tonight, and it was faultless.

I would buy another grate if I was cooking for more people than just us. I have gone off cooking meat on the flat plate.

I might start another topic like my jumbuck if the juices start flowing again.

Had some ribeye steaks in the freezer, and they turned out perfect.

Having trouble posting photos at the minute. Will try again later.

Looks good I need a small one to take with me as well as at home. Gone are the days of a four burner monster taking up room and not getting used enough. Cheers
