Ingredients
2 packets of 2 minute noodles
Small zucchini chopped finely
Small carrot chopped finely
4 eggs
Tablespoon Soy sauce

Method
Break noodle cakes into quarters and boil for a couple of minutes in a small camp oven until soft, add vegetables and boil for a further minute or 2, then drain off water. Scramble eggs in a bowl, with one packet of noodle flavouring and the soy sauce. With the noodle/vegetable mix in the base of the same small camp oven, pour wet mix over the top and spread noodles out so everything is sitting level. Bake for 10 minutes or until the egg mix is cooked through. Turn out onto a board, cut into wedges and serve
