Things are pretty quiet here so I thought I'd post a question or two. I noticed a C.I. cornbread tray on eBay and never having tried cornbread I did a bit of research on the net for recipes etc. One thing I noticed was the comment that, "If you can successfully cook cornbread you can cook anything", comments?
I have two cast iron Gem Scone trays, are there any special recipes ? I have already tried using them in a camp oven with packet cake mix and the results were good.

Interested in this myself. Once posted on the International Dutch Oven Society site in a similar way http://forums.idos.org/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2830

Have never followed through with it so interested in other peoples views.
