Title: Train smash
Post by irish_murphy on Oct 29th, 2007 at 4:04pm
This isnt an original name i know, and i have cooked this in my camp oven before but in this pic its in a frypan.I realise this is a camp oven site and hope you dont dislike it because its in a frypan?

Train smash is a mix of left over spagbol, eggs, bacon, sausages onions all smashed together
The secret bits are the sauce/mustard.i use a finnish mustard and soy, worchestershire, and tabasco sause.
