Title: New Starter - The Pensioner Post by The_Pensioner on Nov 24th, 2007 at 8:33am
G'Day All,
Just thought I'd say Howd'y. Am looking forward to reading many funny yarns & enjoying a bit of good bush humour. I've had a bloody good laugh already & have barely scratched the surface! Hopefully, I'll be able to contribute a bit meself. Need to work out how to wheel this chat room business first! Congrats to the members who have reached a milestone (yeah that would include you too Muzz - ya ole reprobate - try not to contaminate the site TOO much!) Good onya Furphyslinger - I think I read that you are the 1st platinum member! Just been reading how the start a fire with petrol - yeah, he did seem to cop it a bit hard -nevermind! I see that there are plently of regulars & hopefully I'll be able to tune in a bit more often. I'm pretty green as a cook, but thoroughly enjoy getting amongst the action - Apprentice Baitlayer! I've knocked about with Muzz a bit & have learnt plenty - maybe that's where I went off the rails! Anyway, won't rattle on & will leave it with ya. Hooroo |

Thanks Furph, I've had laughs a-plenty already, just going through some of the posts & assoc photos. Don't worry about the mind going - it started on the decline when I met Muzz I'm thinking - maybe COCIA might finish it off!!
I get a bit of a chuckle out of that hound you've got (lol) where'd you come up with that? He's a ripper. There's certainly plenty of info to wade through, that's for sure. The 'Minister' has already been asking "are you on that again?!" & "what's so interesting..........?" & "do you think you might actually get something done today?" sigh.........looks like the rot's set in already mate! Hooroo |
