First whack at this sort of bread.

Ingredients:

Tip Top Kitchen Collection (White bread mix)
3x Tbspn Gherkins (chopped)
3x Tbspn Sliced black olives (chopped)
3x Tbspn Sundried tomatoes in olive oil (chopped)
1x Tbspn thinly sliced onion (red)
Parmesan cheese for topping
Milk

Method:

Mix bread to packet instructions add 2 Tbspn each of Gherkins, Olives and Sundried Tomatoes
Need for ten minutes set aside to double in size (about one hour)
Need again 2 to 3 Min's and form in to balls to fit baking container (leave again for about 50 Min's to one hour)
Brush lightly with milk
Add other ingredients to top of bread.
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake in C/O for about 35 to 40 Min's (test bread with skewer)
C/O used 12"... 24 Heat Beads 14 on top 10 under (have oven preheated before you put bread in about 10min's)
Allow about 2 3/4 hrs from start to finish
