Just a small roast for the two of us and roast vegetables and a few greens. Easy and very simple.

G'day Muzz,
just wondering about the trivet in the CO . I've never seen one like that is it purpose made or has it been improvised from another use?
Mate I must have missed your post on this, the meat looks about perfect-great selection of veg too Muzz! ;)

The trivet is a forty mm high aluminum pie dish with 10mm holes drilled in it and some around the sides....tends to get things of the bottom and more in the center of the oven....seems to cook more even and less burning. I use the same dish to steam vegetables in.
