Did you go to Stanage Bay Jono? The crabs are beauts-well done. I crabbed today also and bagged out on Spanner crabs. I don't mind that though. I will post a picture of them later. All the best Skip |

Jono, I meant to ask where on earth did you find the idea of :)Buttermilk Chooks? Did you invent that recipe?if you did you should be recognised.

Skip, After a bit of persuading I finally got it out of one of me mates, Its his old girls recipe, and a beauty at that. The crabs are from Corio Bay.

Buttermilk, what a great idea. I guess a little like tandoori and using yoghurt.
You must have a huge CO to take that many chooks. Crabs oooooooooh you Q'landers have all the luck. |
