Hi, my name is Adrian Dalton, I am 26 yrs old and I live in Bald Hills on the northside of brissie. Some of you met me for the 1st time on sunday at TBF's camp oven cook-off. Derek's daughter Alayna is my other half. I'm mad keen on 4wd'n, (some may remember the little white patrol parked out front), riding motorbikes and fishing. I grew up on stradbroke island, and moved back here bout 9 years ago to become a car window tinter. Camp oven cooking seems quite fun, and amazes me what u guys can do with such simple ingredients to create a tasty masterpiece in a matter of minutes. Hope to see u guys again soon! :D

G'day Adrian, we must have made a reasonable impact on you mate. I'm pleased that you jumped on for the ride now you have to get Alayna to sign on too.

That girl comes from a good stable and bet she's a dab hand at the CO cooking like her 'ol man.

Welcome to you, there are a few youngfellas in here as well as the oldies and a couple of senior ladies :) who enjoy seeing all the guys doing the cooking, although we do try to do a bit of that as well and come up with the odd idea here and there. The fun is in the sharing and enjoying with others I think as well as the skill at getting the temperature and ingredients right. Looking forward to seeing some photos of you camping and cooking.

Adrian, welcome to the wonderful world of CO cooking. No doubt you have been eyeing off a certain fella's cast iron pots etc :-/. Derek you may have to do a stocktake more regularly. ;D ;D
