6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
1 8oz. carton whipped cream cheese with onion and chives
Margarine
6 bacon strips

Flatten chicken 1/2 inch thickness and spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese over each piece
Dot with margarine and a little salt
Roll up and wrap each piece with bacon
place seam side down in a oiled oven
Bake with coals for 375 degrees .

Not sure if we have whipped cream cheese but I will have a look this sounds nice. Maybe you should put it also in Cd's KISS thread.

I'm assuming that 375 is Farenhieght, which would be 190 degrees in English ;D ;D ;D
