SMALL CAN SWEET CORN
GARDEN PEAS ''FROZEN''
TEA SPOON BLACK PEPPER
FISH STOCK / CUBES
OIL
MILK
CREAM ''SMALL CARTON''


LIGHTLY COOK OINION IN OIL,ADD HADDOCK,MILK AND BUTTER,REMOVE SKIN AND FLAKE FISH,ADD FISH STOCK,SWEET CORN,PEAS,PEPPER,SIMMER UNTIL PEAS ARE SOFT,REMOVE FROM HEAT,STIR IN CREAM AND SERVE WITH BREAD

Hey Wille that sounds good.  Trouble is I haven't seen real smoked Haddock here in Australia since I cannot remember when.

All we get out here is that South African smoked cod
