Zucchini Slice
375gms grated zucchini 200 grams of grated carrot for colour 3 bacon rashers finely diced, no rind 1 cup SR flour 5 eggs 1 large onion diced 1 cup grated cheese ˝ cup canola oil S & P to taste Curry powder to taste Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased shallow tin (25 - 50 mm deep) Place on trivet in a moderate CO for about 30 – 40 minutes. Cut into bite-sized fingers or squares Great as an appetiser. This will be one of the dishes I serve at Broke. Aart |

MMM starting to wish i never joined this forum,never going to be out of the kitchen or away from a camp fire.
Plus i'm going to put a load of weight on,i'm already 15 1/2 stone..lol. Ah never mind its somthing else to try out,cheers Aart..Willy ps..whats canola oil please |

This is one of the first things I cooked in a camp oven
And still one of my favourites I still cook this at least twice a month great for smokko on a hot day nice and chilled |
