G'day all, I'm a new starter and I've just bought a new Billmans 12" which I christened tonight . I cooked a piece of beef, under the direction of PD, couldn't go far wrong with support like that. Turned out absolutely terrific. Of course the three bottles of red didn't hurt either !

New starter ember. Yes, a good night had by all, lubricated the vocal chords with some merlot and we were all talkin algebra by the end of dinner.
Do I get a commission for converting another couple to Camp Oven Cooking ? ... For me it's a labour of love anyway.
Ember also has a 9" Billmans, what a sweet little pot, gonna get one meself.
