500g Carrots
1 Medium Potato
11/2 Pints Veg Stock
1 Oinion
1 Leek
1 Small Can Sweet Corn
Pasta
Chilli Sauce / Flakes
Salt
Pepper

Dice oinion and saute in a DO or Large saucepan,finely chop leeks,potato,carrots,add sweet corn,add pasta and veg stock and simmer until pasta and veg is soft,add chilli sauce,salt,pepper to taste.remove pasta,puree all ingredients in a blender or push through a sive,put pasta back in,simmer to desired tempreture and serve.

And at this time of the year the weather is starting to cool a bit. Our temps are on the increase a comfortable 36c or about 98F today.
I intend to have a white Christmas in the UK  someday.
