1 can strong beer or stout
1 can bitter beer
Freshly ground salt & pepper
Pinch sugar
2 TBLSPNS oil
2 tspns ground cumin seed

Mix all ingredients together, pour over beef then let stand 2-3 hours in a fridge or cool place.
