A unique looking oven alright. I put a rule down for myself that $200 total is the limit. It says nothing about having no cracks/holes.

It was very quiet round here, I thought a few here where looking and it would fetch more than that. Well done Buyer.

It's interesting that this pot was not discussed on the COCIA Forum prior to the completion of the auction and by Jono's account, it did not fetch a particularly high price.
I sometimes wonder whether our discussions pertaining to some of the COs auctioned on Ebay, actually spruik's interest in these items to the point where the auction price, significantly exceeds normal market value.

If you searched for "camp oven" you wouldnt have found this pot listed on ebay . That alone may have helped keep the price down. I for one didnt know it was listed.

You could be right SBB, although I picked it up very easily with my various searches.

The next time I see a pot without the "camp oven" search tag, I will highlight it on the Forum.

It should prove interesting to see what it fetches. :)
